Jack Long - ChairmanJack Long is Chairman of PeopleAdmin, Inc. Prior to co-founding PeopleAdmin, Jack was a co-founder of Lone Star Overnight, L.P., a regional air express transportation company. From its formation in 1991, LSO has grown into a business employing over 600 people and serving more than 15,000 business customers in Texas and Oklahoma. Jack was responsible for all systems development and overall technology policy at LSO. In 1994, Jack was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year in the Ernst & Young central Texas Entrepreneur of the Year award program. Lone Star Overnight was recognized in Inc. magazine's 1996 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing privately held businesses in the country. From 1999 until 2002, Jack was an adjunct professor at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, teaching entrepreneurship in the MBA program. He was selected for the Elective Teaching Honor Roll in 2001 and 2002. Jack was part of the founding faculty and currently teaches MBA level entrepreneurship courses at the Acton School of Business. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. |
Jeff Carpenter - DirectorPrior to co-founding PeopleAdmin, Jeff worked with Jack Long at Lone Star Overnight in various capacities, including developing LSO's expansion plans into new territories, and directing the turnaround of the company's under-performing district. Before working at LSO, he developed and managed systems to automate business processes for local governments at the Illinois Department of Employment Security. He also worked in an advisory capacity with several early-stage technology businesses at the Wharton Small Business Development Center. Jeff is a member of the Austin chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, and serves as a judge for the annual Wharton Business Plan competition. Jeff earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned the Price Institute Award for Entrepreneurship. |

In the last decade, Susanne has established herself as an accomplished leader in the Human Capital Management field with expertise in delivering software as a service She served as the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a leading Talent Management provider assisting mid-size companies and healthcare organizations attract, hire and retain top talent. Prior to Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving customer results through innovative employee communication and self-service, performance management and benefits outsourcing solutions. Jason Glass - DirectorJason Glass is a Vice President in the Boston office of Summit Partners, growth equity investor for world-class companies, where he focuses on private equity investments in growing, profitable companies, with a special emphasis on technology and software opportunities. Previously, Jason was an investment professional at General Catalyst Partners. Prior to that, he worked in marketing and the Office of the Chairman on corporate development and strategy at America Online and in investment banking at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown where he focused on energy.His board directorships and investments include Focus Financial Partners, Nomacorc, and PeopleAdmin. Kevin Mohan - DirectorKevin Mohan has worked with fast growth companies since 1994 when he joined Summit Partners, a global private equity firm. He previously worked with McKinsey & Company and the Harvard Management Company. He has led investments in several industries and assisted CEO's with their acquisition, financing, and strategic growth plans. Kevin's software investments include Blue Ocean Software, Martin Group, and PeopleAdmin and his other investments include Focus Financial Partners, Nomacorc, and Triton Systems. He received an AB in economics from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a JD from Harvard Law School. |
