
Susanne Bowen – CEO
As CEO, Susanne Bowen is committed to building upon PeopleAdmin's legacy of exceptional products and superior customer service to our public sector clients. Susanne brings nearly 25 years of sales and general management experience in technology companies to her role as CEO for PeopleAdmin. In the last decade, Susanne has established herself as an accomplished leader in the Human Capital Management field with expertise in delivering software as a service. She served as the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a leading Talent Management provider assisting mid-size companies and healthcare organizations attract, hire and retain top talent. Prior to Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving customer results through innovative employee communication and self-service, performance management and benefits outsourcing solutions. Susanne earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Barry Cox – Vice President of Development
Barry leads all product development efforts and oversees the IT operations group at PeopleAdmin. He has over 10 years experience in virtually all facets of product development, ranging from new product design and strategy through software engineering and lifecycle management. Over his career Barry has delivered award-winning, world-class products for companies including Uplogix, Alterpoint, and Coremetrics.
Sandra Jensen – Vice President of Services
Sandra leads the Support, Implementation, Account Management and Professional Services teams at PeopleAdmin. A veteran of the SaaS industry in Austin, Sandra has spent the last fifteen years of her career helping early- to mid-stage start-up companies build and grow their customer care and professional services organizations. Before coming to PeopleAdmin, Sandra held multiple director-level positions at Convio, a CRM solutions provider for the non-profit market, where she was instrumental in expanding the company's revenue-generating service offering while significantly increasing both customer satisfaction and client renewal rates. Prior to Convio, Sandra served as Director of Customer Care at Evity, and as the Senior Manager overseeing the Austin support operation for BMC Software. She has held services executive leadership positions at numerous other companies in the past, including BroadbandNOW!, Quick Technologies, and AOL.
Brandon Phipps – Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Over the past 8 years, Brandon has managed the Sales, Marketing and Business Partner Relations for PeopleAdmin. Brandon has over 14 years of Sales, Business Development and Sales Management experience in companies providing Online Employment Application Solutions including Academic Software, Brassring (now Kenexa) and Hire.com (now Authoria). Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
Matt Thomas – Director of Strategic Initiatives
Over the past 3 and one half years, Matt has worked in a variety of roles at PeopleAdmin including positions in Implementation, Sales, and Integrations. He has over 8 years of experience working in positions ranging from engineering and product management to sales with customer focused high tech companies including Photon Dynamics, Inc. and NetQoS, Inc. Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
