Susanne Bowen – CEO

As CEO, Susanne Bowen is committed to building upon PeopleAdmin's legacy of exceptional products and superior customer service to our public sector clients. Susanne brings nearly 25 years of sales and general management experience in technology companies to her role as CEO for PeopleAdmin.  In the last decade, Susanne has established herself as an accomplished leader in the Human Capital Management field with expertise in delivering software as a service.  She served as the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a leading Talent Management provider assisting mid-size companies and healthcare organizations attract, hire and retain top talent.  Prior to Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving customer results through innovative employee communication and self-service, performance management and benefits outsourcing solutions.  Susanne earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Jana Wilson - Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years of strategic and management experience with SaaS and technology companies,  Jana is responsible for finance, facilities and human resources for PeopleAdmin. Jana served as CFO for four Austin-area high-tech firms including: Mirage Networks, where she managed finance, IT, human resources and facilities; Garden.com Inc., where she completed an initial public offering; 360Commerce, Inc., where she negotiated the company’s acquisition by Oracle; and Traq Wireless, Inc., where she was instrumental in the creation of a joint venture and an acquisition by Tangoe, Inc.  Jana started her career as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick and is a certified public accountant in Texas.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University.

Brandon Phipps – Vice President of Sales and Business Development

A human resources technology industry veteran, Brandon lead’s PeopleAdmin’s sales, account management and business development functions. Brandon has been at the forefront of HR technology innovation for close to 15 years, driving revenue success at companies such as Academic Software, Brassring (now Kenexa) and Hire.com (now Authoria). Brandon has been at PeopleAdmin since its inception and was instrumental in building PeopleAdmin’s strong brand in the Public Sector marketplace. Brandon’s consistent track record of success is fueled by an entrepreneurial approach and unique ability to build strong relationships and deliver results in rapidly growing organizations. Brandon is a frequent speaker and content provider for human resources organizations including CUPA-HR and IPMA. Brandon is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Barry Cox – Vice President of Development

Barry leads all product development efforts and oversees the IT operations group at PeopleAdmin.  Barry is an innovative, entrepreneurial technologist with more than 10 years of product strategy and development experience. His background includes new product development, product management, systems and network management and developing go-to-market strategies. He has led early-stage technology companies from inception to significant revenue growth. An experienced leader in SaaS delivery, Barry consistently brings innovative products and services to market that deliver impressive results for the company and their clients. Over his career Barry has developed award-winning, world-class products for companies including Uplogix, Alterpoint, and Coremetrics.

Ellen Madonia - Vice President of Marketing

With over 20 years of experience in technology and services marketing, Ellen oversees all aspects of marketing including branding, positioning, press and analyst relations, events, and lead generation activities. In her marketing leadership positions she has a proven track record of bringing new products and services to market, creating and maximizing revenue-generating opportunities and identifying marketing advantages in highly competitive spaces. Prior to joining PeopleAdmin, Ellen was Chief Marketing Officer at DoubleStar where she helped launch Workforce Insight, an industry-leading workforce analytics solution. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at Webhire, an on-demand Talent Management solutions provider, she was involved in bringing the industry's first web-based Applicant Tracking Solution to the Human Resources marketplace. Madonia also held senior sales and marketing positions at Anchorpoint, Compaq, Interleaf Inc., and Wang Laboratories. Madonia earned her BA in Psychology and Sociology at the University of New Hampshire.

Wayne Stribling - Vice President of Client Services

A dedicated leader with over 19 years of experience, Wayne is responsible for PeopleAdmin’s customer experience, including the development and deployment of implementation, support, training and consulting services. Wayne is a proven services executive that has delivered impressive results in both software start ups and Fortune 500 organizations.  Most recently, he developed a consulting practice leveraging his experience as the Vice President of Client Services at Bazaarvoice during their early hyper-growth years where he built a worldwide team of over 160 services professionals, developed strategies to deliver technical implementation of their products, maintained high client satisfaction and retention, and leveraged social media data to maximize client ROI for over 225 global customers. Previously, he held management and consulting positions with Callidus Software (CALD), Accenture, Price Waterhouse and EDS. Wayne graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a B.S. in Business Administration and also attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
