Susanne Bowen – CEO

As CEO, Susanne Bowen is committed to building upon PeopleAdmin’s legacy of exceptional products and superior customer service to our public sector clients. Susanne brings more than 25 years of sales and general management experience in technology companies to her role as CEO for PeopleAdmin. In the last decade, Susanne has established herself as an accomplished leader in the Human Capital Management field with expertise in delivering software as a service. She joined PeopleAdmin after having served as the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a leading Talent Management provider assisting mid-size companies and healthcare organizations attract, hire and retain top talent. Prior to Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving customer results through innovative employee communication and self-service, performance management and benefits outsourcing solutions. Susanne earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Jana Wilson – Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of strategic and management experience with SaaS and technology companies, Jana is responsible for finance, facilities and human resources for PeopleAdmin. Jana served as CFO for four Austin-area high-tech firms including: Mirage Networks, where she managed finance, IT, human resources and facilities; Inc., where she completed an initial public offering; 360Commerce, Inc., where she negotiated the company’s acquisition by Oracle; and Traq Wireless, Inc., where she was instrumental in the creation of a joint venture and an acquisition by Tangoe, Inc. Jana started her career as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick and is a certified public accountant in Texas. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University.

Vijay Pendyala – Vice President, Development

With more than 20 years of experience in technology programming, application development and management, Vijay leads PeopleAdmin’s product development efforts and IT operations. His customer-focused approach delivers innovative, market-leading applications that drive high levels of customer adoption and satisfaction. He brings with him a depth of experience in SaaS business models, complex enterprise applications, agile methodologies as well as cloud delivery. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Development for Callidus Software where he built a suite of sales performance management applications including incentive management, performance management and reporting and analytics. Prior to Callidus, Vijay held a number of successful positions in the development area at Oracle, culminating in his role as a Director of Applications Development. Vijay graduated from Andhra University with bachelors in Mathematics and Nagarjuna University with an MS in Computer Applications.

Tod Klubnik – Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Tod Klubnik has 18 years of experience as an executive leading business development, outside sales, inside sales, channels and sales operations. He is responsible for Business Development, Sales and Account Management for PeopleAdmin. He previously led Dell’s Software-as-a-Service sales and channels organizations. Tod was EVP Worldwide Field Operations at MessageOne prior to the company’s acquisition by Dell. In this role, he built out the Sales, Business Development and Channels organizations which resulted in five-fold increase in annual revenues, numerous million-dollar deals, and several significant partnerships and OEM channel resellers. Prior to MessageOne, Tod held Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development roles with PlanView and Zilliant, in each case growing the sales and business development organizations and built numerous strategic partnerships, resulting in substantial revenue growth. He spent six years with PTC, during which the company grew from $130 million to more than $1 billion in annual revenues. Tod graduated in 1988 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Ellen Madonia – Vice President of Marketing

With more than 20 years of experience in technology and services marketing, Ellen oversees all aspects of marketing including branding, positioning, press and analyst relations, events, and lead generation activities. In her marketing leadership positions she has a proven track record of bringing new products and services to market, creating and maximizing revenue-generating opportunities and identifying marketing advantages in highly competitive spaces. Prior to joining PeopleAdmin, Ellen was Chief Marketing Officer at DoubleStar where she helped launch Workforce Insight, an industry-leading workforce analytics solution. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at Webhire, an on-demand Talent Management solutions provider, she was involved in bringing the industry’s first web-based Applicant Tracking Solution to the Human Resources marketplace. Ellen also held senior sales and marketing positions at Anchorpoint, Compaq, Interleaf Inc., and Wang Laboratories. Ellen earned her BA at the University of New Hampshire.

Jim Weakley – Vice President of Client Services

Jim has more than 25 years of extensive operational and customer service delivery experience in SaaS and technology companies. During the past 15 years, he has held senior level positions with Fortune 500 companies like Compaq and Dell. As an executive with early stage growth companies including MessageOne, Motive and BroadJump, his teams were instrumental in driving overall company success. His demonstrated effectiveness in building and growing teams has spanned multiple disciplines including technical support, client services, service delivery operations, engineering and QA. He has focused on defining, implementing and optimizing customer life cycle management – helping customers achieve rapid adoption, time-to-value and a great customer experience. Jim grew up in northern Virginia and was later honorably discharged from the US Navy. He attended the University of Missouri and then completed his course work at St. Edwards University.

Troy Winskowicz – Vice President of Product Management

With more than a decade of experience driving product management success in SaaS environments, Troy leads PeopleAdmin’s product strategy initiatives. Troy was instrumental in the product and business development efforts at Dell, MessageOne and Envoy Worldwide. He has delivered industry leading solutions to higher education, government and corporate customers around the world. Troy is an active participant in higher education human resources community.  As participating member of the CUPA National Corporate Advisory Council Troy helps shape the educational and programmatic objectives of the Association and presents on best practices at HR events regularly. Troy graduated from Westfield State College with a BS in Business Administration and Management.
