Kermit S. Randa – Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of PeopleAdmin, Kermit Randa is committed to delivering innovative products and services that drive significant customer value and corporate growth. Randa is an accomplished executive that has successfully led SaaS-based companies through periods of transformation and expansion. Randa began his management career at EMC, where he launched and managed the highest performing business vertical in the company. His extensive executive experience includes serving as chief operating officer at Surgical Information Systems and executive vice president at Greenway Health, among other roles. Active in the community, he participates in various board, task force and committee work. Randa received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, completed his master’s degree at Xavier University, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
John Faulkner – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of PeopleAdmin, John Faulkner leads the planning and execution of PeopleAdmin’s immediate and long-term financial strategies in support of the company’s commitment to innovation, growth, and customer success. Faulkner is an experienced executive with proven success in fast paced, high growth environments and almost 30 years of domestic and international high-tech and telecommunications finance experience. Prior to joining PeopleAdmin, Faulkner was the chief financial officer at Layered Tech, where he oversaw finances, investor relations, legal functions, and merger & acquisition activities. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Finance at Level3. Faulkner also served as Vice President of Finance for Operations and Engineering at Broadwing, Inc., prior to its acquisition by Level3 in 2007. Prior to Broadwing, John was a Senior Manager at Dell. While at Dell, he worked in the Treasury group focusing on planning and optimization of Dell’s cash flows and later in the marketing function where he was responsible for large opportunity and specialty pricing structures. Prior to joining Dell, he was CFO for Pavilion Technologies, and later, Altra Energy, both venture backed software companies. Faulkner earned his B.B.A., C.P.A. and C.M.A. from Texas Tech University.
Jamie Holden – Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer of PeopleAdmin, Jamie Holden is dedicated to providing a world-class customer experience through operational excellence, ensuring our clients get exceptional service while continuing to improve the way we engage, support and add real value to our customers. Jamie joins PeopleAdmin after serving as a consulting director for Vista Consulting Group, Inc. Previously, Jamie worked for Dell Inc., heading the online commercial division for the Americas and leading operational teams within the online and software and peripherals division. Jamie began her career in the U.S. Army’s Adjutant General Corps, serving as battalion operations officer and company commander among other leadership roles. She achieved the rank of captain and completed tours in South Korea, Iraq and Fort Hood. Jamie received her bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Engineering and earned her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Carlos Antequera – Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer
As SVP and Chief Product Officer, Carlos is committed to setting the vision and strategy of the product road map for the organization. As a co-founder of Netchemia, he brings a solid understanding of financial and business issues along with an in-depth knowledge of Internet technologies and trends. His experience includes product design and architecture, program management, and software development. Carlos is a former executive board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City and a member of the Kansas City chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. He was accepted into the prestigious Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program and also received a KTEC Pipeline Fellowship aimed at developing technology entrepreneurial talent. Carlos received a computer science degree from Washburn University and an MBA in international business from the University of Kansas.
Tod Klubnik – Senior Vice President, Sales
Tod Klubnik has 18 years of experience as an executive leading business development, outside sales, inside sales, channels and sales operations. He is responsible for Business Development, Sales and Account Management for PeopleAdmin. He previously led Dell’s Software-as-a-Service sales and channels organizations. Tod was EVP Worldwide Field Operations at MessageOne prior to the company’s acquisition by Dell. In this role, he built out the Sales, Business Development and Channels organizations which resulted in five-fold increase in annual revenues, numerous million-dollar deals, and several significant partnerships and OEM channel resellers. Prior to MessageOne, Tod held Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development roles with PlanView and Zilliant, in each case growing the sales and business development organizations and built numerous strategic partnerships, resulting in substantial revenue growth. He spent six years with PTC, during which the company grew from $130 million to more than $1 billion in annual revenues. Tod graduated in 1988 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Chris Berry – Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
As Vice President of Development and Operations of PeopleAdmin, Chris Berry is responsible for the development of PeopleAdmin’s market-leading solutions to enable customers to realize value and meet their talent management goals. Chris is passionate about technology and brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry to the team. Before joining PeopleAdmin, Chris served as Vice President of Engineering at Accruent where she was responsible the company’s research and development efforts. Prior to that, Berry was Vice President of Software Engineering at SirsiDynix, the leading provider of software solutions to the library industry where she was responsible for all engineering and product development efforts. Prior to joining SirsiDynix, she served as a consultant to General Dynamics on an Army Battle Command System contract in Huntsville, Alabama, and as a project lead for RedPoint Network Systems in Dallas, Texas. Chris also served in the United State Air Force as a computer engineer, spending 4 years at the Military Personnel Center (Randolph AFB) and four years in Wichita Falls at Sheppard AFB, building computer based training. Chris graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Troy Winskowicz – Vice President of Strategy and Product Management
With more than a decade of experience driving product management success in SaaS environments, Troy leads PeopleAdmin’s product strategy initiatives. Troy was instrumental in the product and business development efforts at Dell, MessageOne and Envoy Worldwide. He has delivered industry leading solutions to higher education, government and corporate customers around the world. Troy is an active participant in higher education human resources community. As participating member of the CUPA National Corporate Advisory Council Troy helps shape the educational and programmatic objectives of the Association and presents on best practices at HR events regularly. Troy graduated from Westfield State College with a BS in Business Administration and Management.
