Jack Blaha – Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of PeopleAdmin, Jack brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in technology and manufacturing and a strong commitment to providing innovative solutions and an exceptional  customer experience. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Aptean, Inc., where he led global product, development, corporate development, professional services and support teams. Prior to that, he served at Vista Consulting Group (VCG), the consulting arm of Aptean’s parent company, Vista Equity Partners, and also held the position of chief executive officer at Semiconductor Support Services Co. Jack’s additional experience includes serving as general manager at SVTC™ Technologies, and holding general manager positions at Applied Materials, Inc. Jack started his career as an officer in the U.S. Army. He earned his Master of Business Administration from the Haas School at UC Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Ron Huberman – President

As President, Ron Huberman’s passion for empowering educators focuses his talents on building the most innovative, data-informed solutions in the marketplace today. As co-founder of TeacherMatch, he brings a unique and unmatched perspective to advancing teacher and faculty effectiveness and increasing student achievement. He served as CEO and Superintendent of the Chicago Public Schools system, initiating sweeping reforms, including online assessments of all students, new accountability measures, and a first-of-its-kind student safety plan. Ron began his 16-year career in Chicago city government as a police officer, eventually focusing on education. He received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago, along with a Master’s in Social Service Administration, where he was both an Albert Schweitzer Fellow and a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellow.

Glenn Renzulli – Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Renzulli brings almost ten years of education-related industry experience across dynamic and diverse companies, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of TeacherMatch. Prior to TeacherMatch, Glenn was CFO of TCS Education System operating five professional colleges located across the country. Prior to TCS, Glenn was the VP of Finance for Cardean Learning Group, an educational software and services company where he was part of the management team, which sold the company to K12, Inc. Glenn started his career at General Electric, where he held various finance positions of increasing responsibility. Glenn received his B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program. Glenn has also spent time at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education, completing its Institute for Educational Management program.

Jamie Holden

Jamie Holden – Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer of PeopleAdmin, Jamie Holden is dedicated to providing a world-class customer experience through operational excellence, ensuring our clients get exceptional service while continuing to improve the way we engage, support and add real value to our customers. Jamie joins PeopleAdmin after serving as a consulting director for Vista Consulting Group, Inc. Previously, Jamie worked for Dell Inc., heading the online commercial division for the Americas and leading operational teams within the online and software and peripherals division. Jamie began her career in the U.S. Army’s Adjutant General Corps, serving as battalion operations officer and company commander among other leadership roles. She achieved the rank of captain and completed tours in South Korea, Iraq and Fort Hood. Jamie received her bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nick Montgomery – Chief Research Officer

Nick Montgomery is an education data scientist and entrepreneur, with a background in computer science and education research, who brings a wide breadth of experience and superb analytical and translation skills. Nick directs the research agenda for PeopleAdmin, along with the translation of best-in-class instruments to our revolutionary platform. Previously he worked for TeacherMatch. Prior to that, he directed and scaled UChicago Impact — an organization providing nationwide school improvement data tools built from high-end research to over 4,000 schools nationwide. Nick holds an M.A. in education research at the University of Michigan, and B.A. in Computer Science from Brown University. Nick cultivated his research expertise at the University of Chicago Consortium on Chicago School Research.

Chris Berry

Chris Berry – Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

As Vice President of Development and Operations of PeopleAdmin, Chris Berry is responsible for the development of PeopleAdmin’s market-leading solutions to enable customers to realize value and meet their talent management goals. Chris is passionate about technology and brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry to the team. Before joining PeopleAdmin, Chris served as Vice President of Engineering at Accruent where she was responsible for the company’s research and development efforts. Prior to that, Berry was Vice President of Software Engineering at SirsiDynix, the leading provider of software solutions to the library industry where she was responsible for all engineering and product development efforts. Prior to joining SirsiDynix, she served as a consultant to General Dynamics on an Army Battle Command System contract in Huntsville, Alabama, and as a project lead for RedPoint Network Systems in Dallas, Texas. Chris also served in the United States Air Force as a computer engineer, spending four years at the Military Personnel Center (Randolph AFB) and four years in Wichita Falls at Sheppard AFB, building computer-based training. Chris graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Chris Walsh – Senior Vice President, Sales

Chris leads PeopleAdmin’s Sales, Sales Operation and Go to Market teams. Chris has over 15 years of experience building and developing high performing sales teams focused on helping their clients realize the value of their technology investment.  Chris joins PeopleAdmin from another Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, Bullhorn, a provider of SaaS CRM solutions, where he successfully led their North American team for the last 2.5 years during which time Bullhorn achieved record growth, revenue and customer satisfaction levels. Prior to joining Bullhorn, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for PTC, where he built and led large enterprise teams focused on the Fortune 500 and a customer base that generated $200 million of annual recurring revenue. Before joining PTC, Chris held several sales and product management positions at Abbott Diagnostics. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia.

Amanda S. Johnson – Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Amanda S. Johnson brings more than 20 years of marketing and strategic business experience to PeopleAdmin, including expertise in demand generation, product marketing and corporate communications. Amanda comes to PeopleAdmin from Vista Consulting Group (VCG), the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners, which owns PeopleAdmin and other portfolio companies specializing in software and technology. She served as Managing Director, Marketing. Before joining Vista, Amanda was Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing, at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, where she was in charge of all marketing and communications. Prior to Vitera, Amanda served as Vice President of Marketing at Ceridian Corporation, where she was responsible for marketing strategies and activities for Ceridian U.S. She also held roles at ABR Benefits and The Barrington Group. Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Miami in Florida.

Mike O’Donnell – Vice President, People and Places

Mike has 17 years of human resources experience and is responsible for PeopleAdmin’s recruiting, HR operations, learning and development, and administration departments across all the company’s offices. He has held numerous HR leadership roles in various companies, including Blue Health Intelligence and American Airlines/US Airways, where he served as a director of HR. Mike received a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, and he is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
