The Position Management Module allows clients to evaluate using a variety of factors such as Core Competencies, Job Duties, Goals, and even Employee Self Evaluations. Upon completion, the system will route the evaluation for review and can assign an automated, weighted score if desired. Human Resources can easily audit all evaluations for completion and to identify issues that may require additional attention.
