• System Training – PeopleAdmin begins working with you immediately to design a rollout strategy tailored to the needs of your organization. PeopleAdmin provides onsite support during implementation and onsite training for Human Resources staff. We will even provide all necessary training and documentation materials to assist you with the rollout to applicants and hiring managers.
• Complete Configuration – PeopleAdmin works directly with your Human Resources staff to create a completely tailored solution, including a fully configurable job requisition, position description, performance evaluation, employment application and approval workflow process for each organization. Clients can even utilize different employment applications and unique workflow processes for various position types.
• Integration Support – PeopleAdmin provides clients with custom import/export routines to allow for the support and integration with other leading enterprise systems and complementary industry partners.
• Extended Services – PeopleAdmin’s services team can also work with you to deliver additional services not listed above such as specialized web-based or onsite training, customized report generation, and other non-standard services for a nominal fee.
