Fonda Fields, associate director of human resources, says one of the biggest benefits has been the increase in efficiency. Fields reports that it was easy to see which managers had not yet reviewed and acknowledged their team’s reviews. “The PeopleAdmin system is more efficient,” she says. “We would have been chasing people for a long time before.”

Fonda is responsible for maintenance and accuracy in Banner HR, compensation and pay plan issues, research/compilation of special projects as necessary, non-faculty hiring procedures, adjunct/overload/student payroll overview and customer service.
