Jefferson County Schools to utilize new hiring tool
CHARLES TOWN–Jefferson County Schools recently announced a new partnership with TalentEd to help its schools identify, hire and develop effective teachers in an effort to give students the best chance of academic success.
TalentEd partnered with the Northwest Evaluation Association and other leading researchers to execute studies of diverse districts across the country to determine the relationship between student performance and teacher success. Utilizing this research, TalentEd developed the Educators Professional Inventory, a hiring tool designed to predict the impact a perspective candidate will have on student academic success.
