PeopleAdmin’s Certified Administrator Program will equip you with the knowledge it takes to make a strategic impact on your institution using your PeopleAdmin solution through a greater understanding of:

Perfect for system administrators who are familiar with their PeopleAdmin solution but are looking to refresh their skills before a busy season or pick up more advanced skills to maximize their effectiveness. This is a deep dive, four-hour training that is tailored to the needs of each customer.

Have a new System Administrator? Wish they could go through the original implementation training program? This program is the program for you. Designed to take you end to end through your PeopleAdmin solution, our goal is to ensure you have the knowledge and experience to be successful from day one.

Introduce new users of our Hire solution to the following basics:

  • Introduction of the system– Home tab, workflows and user groups
  • Creating a posting – How to create a posting and move it through an approval process
  • The applicant experience – Demonstration of how applicants apply and the features they have available to them
  • Managing and reviewing applicants and hiring proposals – how to view and review applicants using the latest screening tool and to utilize the hiring proposal to approval final candidates
  • Admin Module – Understand the self-service features of your system
  • Training consists of 4 one-hour sessions and 1 two-hour session, instructor-led in a group setting

Introduce new users of our Hire and Positions solutions to the following basics:

  • Introduction of the system– Home tab, workflows and user groups
  • Creating and modifying a position and managing classifications – Understand the basics of the position-centric system to include: how to set up classifications, create and modify a position description, and how to view positions
  • Creating a posting from a position– How to create a posting and move it through an approval process
  • The applicant experience – Demonstration of how applicants apply and the features they have available to them
  • Managing and reviewing applicants and hiring proposals – how to view and review applicants using the latest screening tool and to utilize the hiring proposal to approval final candidates
  • Admin Module – Understand the self-service features of your system
  • Training consists of 5 one-hour sessions and 1 two-hour session, instructor-led in a group setting

Introduce new users of our Performance solution to the following basics:

  • Intro to Performance – Navigating the employee portal, the plan and evaluation
  • HR actions – Creating and managing the programs, managing reviews and the performance process
  • Training consists of 2 two-hour sessions, instructor-led in a group setting
